Brooks Machine Products Ltd. manufactures a full line of panel punch tools to accommodate most common jamb-nut receptacle connectors as well as many other panel knock-out requirements. We produce special sized round, double flat, square, and rectangular panel punch assemblies including special shapes tailored to our customers needs.

We manufacture our panel punch tools from high quality air-hardening tool steel and have them professionally heat-treated and black oxided for the highest level of strength and durability. All parts are 100% American designed and manufactured, including raw materials. We take great pride in our tools and workmanship.

Operating our punches is a very simple process requiring only a pre-drilled hole and two wrenches. Depending on the size of the punch, a start-hole ranging from 13/32” to 25/32” is drilled and the tool is assembled on each side of the panel through the hole. A simple wrench or socket on each side draws the punch together and through the panel, producing a clean precision hole of the desired configuration.

Punch tool assemblies with half-inch and larger draw bolts come standard with a thrust bearing to reduce friction and ease operation. There is also an optional hydraulic drawing system available for high volume hole punching production.
