New to our shop in 2003 is the Mitsubishi RA90 Wire EDM machine
Our Wire EDM (Electrical Discharge Machine) is a 2001 Mitsubishi RA 90. It contains the latest technologies including AE (Anti-Electrolosis) and AT (Automatic Threading) to maintain itself for extended un-manned operation. Brooks Machine Products has been experienced with Wire EDM since 1988, the early days of Wire EDM. Our extensive experience in the field allows us to take on just about any job from one-time tool-making, prototype, small and large production Wire EDM work. We pride ourselves in our ability to complete hard jobs. From tight-tolerance tool and die work to fast production work, from carbide to exotic materials and Aluminum, from lamination stacks to die sections, and from large holes to tiny intricate slots, Brooks Machine Products Ltd.
